Refund & Cancellation Policy

Aura Live is a digital subscription service. Access is granted instantly after successful payment verification. There are no physical goods.

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same subscription.
• Technical failure on our platform that prevented activation and could not be resolved by our support team.

• No refund will be issued once a subscription has been successfully activated.
• No refund for change of mind, unused time, dissatisfaction with predictions, or third-party network issues.
• No refund for accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

To request a refund, email hello@predictoai.in from your registered email with your transaction reference.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You may stop using the Service at any time; access remains available until the end of the paid period.
